Reservation Conditions

# 1    If your request conflicts with church sponsored activities, you will be notified that your event must be moved. We make every effort to grant all requests but there are occasions when it is not possible and we ask for your understand in these incidents.

#2    If you are requesting to use our church facility for a wedding, you must obtain a copy of the Union Grove Wedding Policies and agree to all conditions before your reservation will be approved,

#3    By reserving Union Grove Facilities you will assume responsibility for leaving the areas used clean and free of damage.
